We must provide, at beginning, some useful and preliminary informations on online gambling after the passing of Federal Unlawful Gambling Enforcement Act by the United States Senate on September 30, 2006:
USEFUL KEYS
- the new legislation will not criminalize individuals for playing casinos or poker online
- the bill will eventually attempt to prevent the transfer of funds to online gaming
- no immediate impact from the legislation, as the banking industry has 270 days to implement new rules after the bill is signed.
- Online Gambling Industry strategies are different each other, so you can find casinos that still accept usa players to wager real money, casinos that only restrict access to wager real money to USA gamblers residents in certain states, and casinos that's not accept them at all.
